Try this trick especially if you are using photos you don't want to damage: put the glue on the glass, find a tissue type paper to adhere to the glue & glass (kind of like a background, can be seen if you want so you could pick the colour you want to make it all match). You want the paper to be thick enough to absorb the glue & stick so you can then place the second glue I suggested onto the paper & then the pictures. Scrapbooking sheets work really well to for a background to adhere to.
I hope you find this helpful. I have used the second glue to adhere photos straight onto glass. It does work w/ a little patient.
So the order would be: glass, glass glue, paper, glue, photos. Make sense? I hope so!
